　　9月26日早上8點半，面試開始，20幾分鐘后，我已經在返回住處的路上了，

。這次面試，我是第一位，進去以后，看到有5位老師并排坐著，我首先向他們鞠躬問好，最旁邊一位老師笑吟吟地請我坐下。在這種氣氛里，這樣的友好讓我立即感到輕松很多。面試共20分鐘，分5個階段：一是自我介紹階段。由于我事先準備過，比較容易，我覺得在這個階段吐字清楚，內容簡短且聲音宏亮，給面試老師留下較好的初始印象，同時自己也要抓住機會，在這個階段調整自己，盡快進入狀態;二是專業介紹階段。自己對所學專業有多少理解就概括起來說一下，讓這些老師對你所學專業有個大致了解。由于我當時理解錯誤，沒有說重點，結果把這個專業在我們學校的隊伍構成和實驗室概況說了一下，現在想想都覺得當時有點可笑;三是抽題單答題階段。我抽了兩道題，都是機械原理方面的，需要一種綜合知識的能力，由于我復習沒有到位，所以有一道題答得不好，還思考了很久，我想當時要是直接說不知道就好了，因為答這道題我用了很長時間，估計會令老師有點不耐煩;四是老師提問階段。除我導師外的任意一個老師提出一個與我專業有關的問題，說實話有點難，我努力給自己一個反應的時間，在復述問題的時候搜索答案，結果還是沒能想出來，問題說完我也不敢拖延時間，就向老師說“對不起，這個問題我暫時無法解決”。我覺得很難過，當時看書時只顧去看那些知識，卻沒有想到用它去解釋現實中的問題;最后的階段是我的導師提問。就他研究領域某一問題，讓我分析一下。這需要綜合的知識和分析問題的能力，我覺得比較簡單，因為畢竟以前對專業知識有較深刻的理解，所以我就按我的思路，用專業知識去分析，提出方案。我想這個問題不在乎你說的是否正確，這是一個靈活的問題，或者是用來考察你思路是否清晰，是否具備解決問題的能力。整個面試里沒有英語能力考察，面試結束后我有禮貌地退出，并叫下一個面試者進去。來到走廊里，窗外一座高樓，兀自豎在面前，擋住了我的視線，我有點壓抑，覺得剛才的表現不是很好，不愿再去想剛才的情景，只想早點知道結果然后回家。后來見到師姐，她開玩笑地說：“如果你沒有通過面試，會哭嗎?”我想了一會說：“不會，因為不是我所做的每件事都會是我想要的結果，也許我會很難過，但我不會哭，畢竟我很努力了。”

　　筆者在面試時，老師提問主要是量子力學。這一門課程只學過半個學期，并且它本身很難，復習時也沒有作為主攻課程。這時，筆者首先回答了基礎性的問題，如波粒二象性、薛定諤方程的物理意義等等;然后對方老師開始問一些超晶格中的量子物理現象(超晶格也沒有學過，只看過基礎概念)。此時，對策是先說出它的基本物理意義，然后再反問對方老師現在研究的進展如何，碰到的問題怎么樣。然后就著老師的回答，對他研究中所用到的原理與提問，用學過的物理知識回答。然后再討論式的請問老師如何解決問題，他此時會問筆者如何解決。這時再用自己所學，加上一定的發揮來回答(這種問題不論對錯，只是老師考學生思維方式的一種手段)。

　　面試時間約35分鐘，對方老師較滿意。

　　第一， 英語問題。英語絕對是第一關，此關不過，其他的沒有什么必要再了解了;

　　第二，完善的職業計劃或者學習計劃。一個不知道自己想做什么的人，很難讓人相信你會認真對待將來的學習;

　　第三，合適的背景知識。進入匯豐學習，你是需要具備一定的專業基礎和數學的，沒有很好的專業水平和數學水平，老師也會懷疑你的將來的學習能力的，這里你可以通過面試把你的專業和數學水平表現出來;

　　第四，良好的心理素質和與人溝通交流能力，或者科研能力，前者你可以說自己有很好的職業規劃，后者的可以表現出強烈的讀PHD的科研欲望和能力，也就是說你應該讓老師相信你可以有很好的發展前途的;

　　第五，良好的個人綜合素質。這點是通過面試過程中的諸個細節體現出來的，諸如坐姿，跟老師的eye-contact等等都是非常重要的細節，大家可以從平時就慢慢注意一些細節，免得最后為此而出什么差錯。

《如何化解英語面試問題? 見招拆招!》(http://salifelink.com)。這次面試，我是第一位，進去以后，看到有5位老師并排坐著，我首先向他們鞠躬問好，最旁邊一位老師笑吟吟地請我坐下。在這種氣氛里，這樣的友好讓我立即感到輕松很多。面試共20分鐘，分5個階段：一是自我介紹階段。由于我事先準備過，比較容易，我覺得在這個階段吐字清楚，內容簡短且聲音宏亮，給面試老師留下較好的初始印象，同時自己也要抓住機會，在這個階段調整自己，盡快進入狀態;二是專業介紹階段。自己對所學專業有多少理解就概括起來說一下，讓這些老師對你所學專業有個大致了解。由于我當時理解錯誤，沒有說重點，結果把這個專業在我們學校的隊伍構成和實驗室概況說了一下，現在想想都覺得當時有點可笑;三是抽題單答題階段。我抽了兩道題，都是機械原理方面的，需要一種綜合知識的能力，由于我復習沒有到位，所以有一道題答得不好，還思考了很久，我想當時要是直接說不知道就好了，因為答這道題我用了很長時間，估計會令老師有點不耐煩;四是老師提問階段。除我導師外的任意一個老師提出一個與我專業有關的問題，說實話有點難，我努力給自己一個反應的時間，在復述問題的時候搜索答案，結果還是沒能想出來，問題說完我也不敢拖延時間，就向老師說“對不起，這個問題我暫時無法解決”。我覺得很難過，當時看書時只顧去看那些知識，卻沒有想到用它去解釋現實中的問題;最后的階段是我的導師提問。就他研究領域某一問題，讓我分析一下。這需要綜合的知識和分析問題的能力，我覺得比較簡單，因為畢竟以前對專業知識有較深刻的理解，所以我就按我的思路，用專業知識去分析，提出方案。我想這個問題不在乎你說的是否正確，這是一個靈活的問題，或者是用來考察你思路是否清晰，是否具備解決問題的能力。整個面試里沒有英語能力考察，面試結束后我有禮貌地退出，并叫下一個面試者進去。來到走廊里，窗外一座高樓，兀自豎在面前，擋住了我的視線，我有點壓抑，覺得剛才的表現不是很好，不愿再去想剛才的情景，只想早點知道結果然后回家。后來見到師姐，她開玩笑地說：“如果你沒有通過面試，會哭嗎?”我想了一會說：“不會，因為不是我所做的每件事都會是我想要的結果，也許我會很難過，但我不會哭，畢竟我很努力了。”

　　筆者在面試時，老師提問主要是量子力學。這一門課程只學過半個學期，并且它本身很難，復習時也沒有作為主攻課程。這時，筆者首先回答了基礎性的問題，如波粒二象性、薛定諤方程的物理意義等等;然后對方老師開始問一些超晶格中的量子物理現象(超晶格也沒有學過，只看過基礎概念)。此時，對策是先說出它的基本物理意義，然后再反問對方老師現在研究的進展如何，碰到的問題怎么樣。然后就著老師的回答，對他研究中所用到的原理與提問，用學過的物理知識回答。然后再討論式的請問老師如何解決問題，他此時會問筆者如何解決。這時再用自己所學，加上一定的發揮來回答(這種問題不論對錯，只是老師考學生思維方式的一種手段)。

　　面試時間約35分鐘，對方老師較滿意。

　　第一， 英語問題。英語絕對是第一關，此關不過，其他的沒有什么必要再了解了;

　　第二，完善的職業計劃或者學習計劃。一個不知道自己想做什么的人，很難讓人相信你會認真對待將來的學習;

　　第三，合適的背景知識。進入匯豐學習，你是需要具備一定的專業基礎和數學的，沒有很好的專業水平和數學水平，老師也會懷疑你的將來的學習能力的，這里你可以通過面試把你的專業和數學水平表現出來;

　　第四，良好的心理素質和與人溝通交流能力，或者科研能力，前者你可以說自己有很好的職業規劃，后者的可以表現出強烈的讀PHD的科研欲望和能力，也就是說你應該讓老師相信你可以有很好的發展前途的;

　　第五，良好的個人綜合素質。這點是通過面試過程中的諸個細節體現出來的，諸如坐姿，跟老師的eye-contact等等都是非常重要的細節，大家可以從平時就慢慢注意一些細節，免得最后為此而出什么差錯。

　　第六：總體感覺。確實沒有想到匯豐會這么快的為大家所認可，從保研的人數可以推測考研的人數也會成倍數上漲的，所以，大家要認真備考，全面復習，盡最大努力，抱最大希望。我為你們祈禱。
