竇性心律下射頻導管消融起源于希蒲系統特發性室性心動過速的臨床觀察
袁義強 劉懷霖 于力 王瑞敏 孫運 趙育潔 孫俊華 牛思泉摘要 目的 探討竇性心律下射頻導管消融（RFCA）起源于希蒲系統特發性室性心動過速（IVT）的臨床結果。方法 23例起源于希蒲系統IVT，按消融方法分為兩組：⑴心動過速消融組，為9例患者，以心動過速下最早提前P電位為靶點，在心動過速下進行消融；⑵竇性心律消融組，為14例患者，以心動過速下記錄最早P電位且竇律下試放電過程中出現同形或近似室性早搏及短陣室性心動過速為靶點，在竇律下進行消融。術后反復程序刺激不能誘發心動過速為消融終點。觀察兩種不同消融方法的臨床結果。結果 兩組在手術成功率、手術時間、X線曝光時間、并發癥發生率及復發率方面無明顯差別。結論 竇性心律下射頻消融起源于希蒲系統IVT安全、有效。

[Abstract] Objective Study the clinical results of radiofrequency catheter ablation on idiopathic ventricular tachycardia from His-Purkinje system during sinus rhythm.
