　　我們學校從一年級起使用外研社出版的《新標準英語》。一年級作為起始階段的英語教學主要任務就是：把學生領進英語學習的殿堂，培養學生學習興趣，掌握正確的語音，語調、形成良好的學習策略和習慣。在語言學習中語言技能作為綜合語言運用的基礎，它分為聽、說、讀、寫、四個方面。聽，一年級的孩子能夠聽懂課文，聽懂課堂指令并做出反應；說，能夠相互致以簡單的問候和一些簡單的個人信息交流，并能夠根據圖片或是動作提示下說出單詞或簡單的句子；（本學期孩子們會學習：問候及回應；數字1—10；詢問和說明顏色、詢問姓名、年齡、地點、物品的名稱、祝賀生日等。以上的話題共包含有40個核心句子，117個單詞，5首歌曲和5首歌謠。）讀，能夠熟讀課文和看圖識字或是看圖說簡單的句子；由于一年級學生不要求書寫，主要是視覺感知英文單詞，句子和標點符號。

　　我們的孩子多為6、7歲，正是處于活潑好動，注意力時間不長，并且容易分散，樂于接受新鮮事物與模仿、學習語言的重要時期。培養學生良好的學習語言習慣。在課堂交流中，培養學生注意傾聽，積極思考的學習習慣。日常生活中老師主動和學生用英語交流，引導學生主動積極運用所學的英語進行表達和交流，培養學生說的能力。晨讀，課堂，中午小課，老師指導學生如何朗讀的方法與技巧，指導學生讀書的語音，語調，重讀與連讀等。

　　好的習慣需要長期的堅持與培養。所以需要家長與學校共同配合，合力完成。那么如何用科學的方法指導，幫助我們的孩子做好每日的復習，鞏固，總結為九個字：認真聽！大膽說！努力做！

　　認真聽為每天堅持聽、讀英語，為培養良好的語感做基礎，聽，做為學習語言，是首要也是重要任務，一年級結合學生學習特點，不留書面英語作業，但每天都會有聽讀作業，需要家長的陪伴與鼓勵。

　　大膽說鼓勵孩子突破心里上的膽怯，不要怕說錯，多說才能說得更好，說錯才能發現問題，及時糾音，大膽還包括要與孩子多進行英語的對話交流，敢說比說錯更加來的重要。在交流中默認糾音，用重復的方式告訴孩子正確的內容，從而讓他體驗點滴進步與交際的樂趣。不懂英語的家長，可以采取讓孩子當你的小老師，教你的同時，也是再學習運用的過程。他還會獲得一份成功的體驗。

　　努力做是體現我們英語課程的總目標，學習英語最終是讓我們的孩子學會用英語做事情。如課堂的`小對話，與人簡單溝通等諸多方面。目的都是讓學生在身邊熟悉的生活話題與事例中培養他們的語言綜合運用能力，做到學習語言的最終目的。

　　基于以上的理念，那我們到底在家里怎樣完成聽讀作業？根據我個人經驗向大家介紹一點小方法，希望與大家共同探討，更期待大家與我的交流提出寶貴意見。聽讀在小學階段非常重要，我們遵循聽說領先，讀寫跟上的理念。在家第一步，聽錄音內容先不打開書，給予孩子首次接觸文本信息和文本情境的機會，初聽文本大意。當然一遍是聽不懂文本意思的，需要第二遍再聽文本。這時打開書，用手指，邊對照文本圖片，邊聽錄音。在了解文本大意的基礎上，第三遍再聽文本，用手指試著跟讀文本。找出文本中的重點單詞，句子。通過第四遍聽文本，用手指熟悉文本中的重點單詞。最后跟讀文本，用手指熟悉文本中的語音語調。最后家長在指定位置簽字。便于老師第二天的檢查。希望各位家長能夠繼續堅持督促孩子們在家的聽、讀練習，雖然它就像白開水一樣平乏，可是從中會給我們的孩子們帶來非常大的收益——那就是，孩子們可以很流利的讀課文，其實與外國人的交流也不過如此，我們書中的語言就是非常生活化的，希望在我們的努力下，能用書中句子與我與他人交流的孩子會越來越多。

　　且不論成績好壞，每個中國學生都花了大量時間學英語，但最后的結果缺不盡如人意。我個人以為，英語學習者也不妨在下功夫學習之前，先多看看各種前人的英語學習經驗。

　　我上小學時，老師只教了二十六個字母。到了初中，英語非常差，在班級里是倒數。考試倒數，被英語老師批評，非常難過，但就是不知道怎么學，好像也沒有人告訴我應該怎么學，或者人家告訴我應該怎么學，我也聽不進去。渾渾噩噩到了初三，實在給逼地沒有辦法了，只好像很多人推薦的那樣，背書，從初一的課本背起，一直背到初三的英語課本，中考也還考的不錯。

　　到了高中，還是很迷茫。可能男生都不喜歡背書，實在不是背逼的萬不得已，都不會去背書。好在我有看書，看報紙，看雜志的習慣，每天放學，只要一有時間，就到縣圖書館的閱覽室去看報紙，雜志。記不得是在高一還是高二，突然在報紙上看到一個正版，都是一個叫扶忠汗的臺灣人寫的英語學習的文章，他說，英語學習就是用英語。比如說，你學了一個THIS IS A的句型，那你就要馬上把它用起來，THIS IS A BOOK。 THIS IS A DESK。 THIS IS A ROOM。 THIS IS A CHAIR。等等。用多了，用了一千遍，THIS IS A的這個句型也就會了。

　　我讀了這篇文章，感覺非常有道理。一個句型，我用一千遍，不久會了嗎？一個單詞，我用一千遍，不久會了碼？那怎么才能用一千遍呢？我想，對，閱讀！閱讀多了，不就一個句型用一千遍，一個單詞用以前遍嗎？

　　我就到圖書館的書庫里找英語方面的書。可巧，我找到一本《英語學習》的合訂本。里面有簡單的文章，也有復雜的文章。我就從里面簡單的有趣文章開始看起。簡單的文章看完了，再看略微難一些的文章。記得有一篇很有趣的文章，但很難，生詞很多，我就一個生詞一個生詞的查著看，看的腦子疼，大概整整花了兩周時間才把這一篇文章看懂。就這樣，一點點看下來，一本書看下來，考試的閱讀理解和完型填空我就看的懂，做起來就不費勁了。

　　后來，高考因為英語是強項，就考了英語系。

　　到了大學，進了大學圖書館的外文書庫，看到那么多英文書，高興地簡直要發瘋。大學雖然有很多好老師，但也許自己自學自由自在慣了，課倒沒有認真聽多少，就是到圖書館里借書，看書，還書，再到圖書館借書，或者在圖書館的閱覽室里，一呆就是一個上午，一個下午，一個晚上。

　　大一的時候，借書證一辦下來，就去借了幾本原版英文名著，但生詞太多，實在看不懂，放在手里幾個月，又還回去了。郁悶了一段時間，再一看，自己手里才發的《大學英語泛讀教程》不也很好看，而且不難，不就很好嗎？我就一口氣把《泛讀教程》看完了，再回頭找幾本簡單的原版英文讀物，看起來非常吃力，但拼命查英語詞典，開始一天就看兩頁，還行，就繼續往下看，慢慢地也就把一本JACK LONDON的WHITE FANG看完了。看完了第一本英文原著，長吁了一口氣，哎，終于把一本真正的英文書看完了。

　　底下，越看越有趣，一發不可收拾，大學學英語就是自己找英文原著，開始都是找英語小說。大三的時候，看英文版的《戰爭與和平》，整整兩個月，看的頭都暈了。看完以后，又是一番感慨，這本1400多頁的英文書都看下來了，再看別的英文書就不怕了。

　　后來，對國際政治感興趣，就看國際政治方面的英文理論書，美國的歷史，地理，文化方面的大學教科書。大學四年下來，我讀的英文書碼在一起，感覺要比我的人還高。不經意間，英語就通了。

　　現在回想，可以說，扶忠汗先生的一篇文章奠定了我的.英語學習的基礎。我以后的英語基本上按照他說的英語學習就是用英語的思想去做的。現在想想也后怕。但再想想，偶然中有必然。如果自己不有意去找，又怎么可能遇到扶忠汗先生的好文章。

　　英語學習的起步階段，總結前人的經驗，站在前人的肩膀之上。然后指導一個合理的目標和計劃，找到一個許多實踐證明的成功的方法。有一個參照，再去努力，出現問題了，心里也有準備，對比一下，就知道問題是什么，如何解決，成功的可能性就要大許多。

　　對于后來的學習者，我個人感覺，你們的學習條件要比我當年的要好得多。特別是現在的網絡非常發達，用GOOGLE可以，用BAIDU也可以，都可以找到很多英語學習的經驗。有什么問題，直接把問題總結一下，寫在GOOGLE或者BAIDU的搜索框里，一搜就會出來許多關于英語學習經驗的結果。然后把搜索出來的網頁一一打開。慢慢地，細細地看下來，尤其是現在的英語學習者的成功經驗，要多看看，多想想。

　　Then how can we make it? I have seen lots of diligent students in the early morning reading aloud their English texts without paying any attention to their nearly unacceptable pronunciation. I feel sorry for those students because their hard work deserves a much better English level if they improve their method of learning.

　　I found that my way of learning English that I formed from middle school still works today. By listening to tapes and imitating the speakers one can improve his pronunciation within a short time. By reciting classic essays one can enrich their language as well as enlarge their vocabulary. As a non-English major, I like to set aside a certain period of time for English learning everyday, usually an hour or at least half an hour. I utilize this precious time by listening to tapes and imitating their content and then reciting the short passages I like. To be frank, “Crazy English” has always been my favorite. This is definitely not intended to flatter. Instead of dividing my attention between too many materials, I’d rather concentrate on one particular resource at a time such as CE, not only because of its abundant content and native English, but also because of the benefits it has brought to me through intensive reading, listening and reciting, I believe that studying English by using these intensive methods will help you to get twice the result with half the effort.

　　Last week I went to Peking University and Tsinghua University where I was invited to deliver lectures on “learning English with passion”. I found out that all those students have something in common; they all have determinations to learn English well . That's thevery reason why I gave lectures at more than ten most prestigious universities with an attempt to help students who want to conquer English within the shortest time.

　　That’s true, having a good command of English is vitally significant and profound. Here I would like to give all my friends and students some advice for the future learning in terms of the experience I got from being a teacher for many language training schools and being interpreter for government as well as embassies. Being an interpreter is by no means easy, which needs to have a good command of listening, understanding or decoding and speaking. As soon as I hear the original voice from the speaker, meanwhile, I will decode or understand it by dividing the content of the voice into different segments, and use my short-term memory and if possible ,note-taking, to deliver the interpretation in the process of consecutive or simultaneous cases. Now , I would like to tell you how to speak good English.

　　3-D methods (Dialogue, Discussion and Debate) to improve your eloquence

　　Dialogue

　　Having authentic and polished oral English is every learner’s dream, however, many of my students who spent a lot of years, money and efforts to speak this language well but failed to be able to communicate and speak out, the reason to which might be mainly confidence and methods. I notice that many students do well in speaking when conducting a prepared speech or presentation in class. But speaking English fluently is not just about making presentations and giving speeches. It is about expressing your ideas and insight on the most mundane of things around you. I still remember when I first landed on the soil of Beijing 5 years ago; I could not communicate with my friends and even felt uneasy when going out with them because I did not have the confidence to start a conversation with my Mandarin. It’s the same to the English learners who have no courage to start a topic and face an awkward silence after the initial greeting was given because they don't know what to talk about and are not confident of putting something across correctly, thus the conversation comes to end.

　　The ability to make dialogues is very important in social communication. Topics for casual conversation could include the weather, education, music, current affairs; hobbies, travel, etc. Do not always ask foreigner “what is your name and how is your job” when you want to find one to practice your English with. Before going to English Corner, please read up on your area of interest and try framing sentences expressing your opinions. Talk about it with someone close to you or someone’s English level is higher than yours, so you can check for your language accuracy and fluency.You’d better to grasp regularly used ways of small talk, and you will be able to initiate speaking more confidently. If you can break this barrier and speak out with passion and confidence, you can take your first step into the realm of English speaking and become a public speaker in the future.

　　Discussion and Debate

　　I always enlighten my students that your language ability and academic achievements are very imperative and important, but the most important of all, it’s your eloquence to communicate in the personal relationships. Elite may not have eloquence, but an eloquent person must be an elite. So the best way to drill your speaking abilities is to discuss and debate. When I was a junior, I always raised discussions with my classmate in my dorm, questions like “environmental protection, cohabitation, 20xx Olympics, postgraduate exams and so on. After everyone aired his opinions, then we conducted debate to argue, to express ideas to convince the other. And I gradually build up on my own repertoire of conversational topics and start using them whenever I get a chance; subsequently I have good command of English, and won a lot of awards in English speech contest and debate. Hence, it’s also effective for you, my beloved friends or students, to have a try to use your language to discuss and debate.

　　Other methods

　　Many students do want to improve their English by all means. It’s self-evident that all of us like taking down notes when we are listening to the lectures given by teachers at school. But it’s not a correct way to speak good language. Can you learn swimming by standing at the edge of the pool and taking down the words spoken by the coach? You have to take the plunge, right? I seldom took notes when I was given lessons, but I would memorize them with my mouth, my mind and my ears. There is just one case I will take notes when I am doing my job as an interpreter for the Beijing municipal government and embassy. I still remember when I was interpreting for the ambassador from the Philippines, at which moment she was delivering the speech about 10 minutes at the Great Wall international conference. Hadn’t I taken the notice from the speaker, I don’t think I would have interpreted for her and won the applause from the officials. It is the same with language. Unless you use the language everyday, you will never know how good you are at it. Ask your friends who are good at English to help. Try to speak it as much as possible, and let them interrupt you whenever you make mistakes and ask them to correct you. Do not feel embarrassed to make mistakes, for that is the only way you will learn. Enjoy losing face and enjoy making mistakes because that is the way how the process of acquiring fluency a language occurs. Everyone may have made a lot of mistakes before getting a good grasp of mother tongue. The only difference now is that you are conscious of the mistakes. So ,do not be afraid of making mistakes.

　　Attitude that counts the most

　　If you do want to learn something well, you are supposed to have confidence and passion. I love playing piano , basketball and learning as well as being a teacher, to which I devote my whole interest , confidence and passion no matter how many mistakes I will encounter, how helpless , how hopeless and how far away for me to reach my final goal. I will never stop fighting for the betterment and improvement of myself and to be an all-grounded person equipped with knowledge and clear mindset. And that is why I hope all of you can be confident and passionate for what you have done and what you will be doing.

　　“興趣是最好的老師”；這句話不知道聽了多少遍，但確實也是值得一次又一次強調的道理。也許有同學質疑：“我英語又不好，你讓我怎么熱愛呢？”，誠然，當你在一門學科上屢屢受挫，你難免會有一種我不擅長這門學科的錯覺，就對這門學科越發沒了興趣，投入的熱情也隨之減少，于是在下一次考試中難免又慘遭厄運。于是你對這門學科的熱愛在消極的惡性循環中消逝到茍延殘喘。但請回憶起，當你第一次接觸到英語這門學科時，當你第一次學會說：“I a fine， thankyou。 and you？ I a fine， too”時，好奇與欣喜洋溢起整個幼嫩的心，熱愛從那個時候起油然而生。因此不要懷疑你對英語的熱愛，請勿忘初心。你只需給自己一個重拾熱愛的機會，給自己一個熱情奮斗的機會，給自己一個相信自己能學好英語的信念，結果一定是美好的。

　　當有了熱愛作為前進的動力，積累便是鋪設起學習長路的一塊塊地磚。不論學哪一門學科，積累都是必不可少的過程，“故不積跬步，無以至千里；不積小流，無以成江海。”，在英語學習的漫漫長路上，積累的必要性更是不容小覷。我認為的積累，不僅僅是抱著一本厚厚的詞匯書從A到Z的埋頭苦背，而是一個滲透在生活中的事情。可能很多同學都聽說過跟美劇、電影學英語的辦法，但在學業如此緊張的高中生活中，這種方法顯得有些站著說話不腰疼。所以積累的過程可以就從等車時公交站臺廣告牌的標語，上學放學車上電臺里的英文歌，小心地滑的警示牌里，用發現的眼光汲取一點一點零碎的知識，不斷鑄就屬于自己的知識網架。請不要自以為是地嘲笑那些在路上駐足在一個單詞前的人們，不要嘲笑食堂排隊時試圖翻譯出食堂菜名的人們，不要嘲笑努力糾正標語翻譯錯誤的`人們，積累就是從此刻拉開了你們的距離。；

　　第一步：興趣。

　　興趣使然，如果你把學英語當成是一種娛樂，一種使你興趣盎然的娛樂方式。我把英語當做是一種榮耀，一種享受，也把這種榮耀和享受化為自己的優勢，彌補其他學科的缺憾。但是，這只是我的方式，也有的人其他方面很優秀。或許，不是學習上的，卻也是一種優勢。就比如，很多人喜歡玩電腦，就可以把學英語當成在玩電腦，每一次的檢測都是打電腦的一關，把自己當成闖關的人，學習的過程，考試是終點，老師就是最后的評委。

　　第二步，記憶力：

　　記憶力的好也可以幫助學習，但是死記硬背的方式實在是套古老了，也太死板了，再好的興趣也會被消磨光。所以，可以用一種節省時間，增加興趣，享受時間的方法。在老師留作業，抄單詞或句子的時候，先抄一遍，再根據腦袋里"肯定"的答案在接著繼續默寫，這樣就達到了節省時間著點了。還有在背課文的`時候，有些同學們后覺得這些太多了，太難了，簡直就是在謀財害命，但老師就是硬要我們被下來，太痛苦了！那么，在這個時候，你可以把被課文當做是在背詩，記歌詞，背詩背著背著就順了，記歌詞記著記著就好像是自己在聽喜愛的音樂一般，這也有了增加興趣，享受時間和節省時間了。

　　第三步，自信：

　　不論是丘吉爾的"好運"還是海倫`凱特的身體殘缺，貝多芬的老年失聰，他們都憑借著自己的努力而成功。當然，在他們最努力的時候才是他們最自信的時候。因為他們都相信自己，才有努力的動力。而我們不論是學英語還是其他的什么科目，相信了自己，才有成功耀眼的那一刻！

I'm interested in English, and hope to be an interpreter in the future. Naturally it's very important for me to learn English well. As everybody knows, vocabulary is an important part of language, just like bricks in a building. I usually memorize twenty new words a day and put them to use whenever possible. After class, I often listen to English programs on TV and on the radio. Besides, I've learned a lot from the Internet and other sources.
