氣升式內循環反應器內的氣含率與液體循環
摘要: 研究了氣升式內循環反應器內的氣含率與液體循環.反應器包含一個傳統的導流筒和三段縮放型導流筒.通過實驗分別對氣-水、氣-CMC(羧甲基纖維素)溶液兩相系統和氣-水-樹脂顆粒三相系統進行了研究.用兩相漂移通量模型對三相牛頓流體和兩相非牛頓流體進行了評價.結果表明,三段縮放型導流筒內的氣含率高于傳統的導流筒,且隨表觀氣速而提高.在兩相和三相系統中,導流筒結構參數的變化對氣含率的影響很小.基于漂移通量模型的數學模型很好地描述了反應器內的液體循環. Abstract: Gas holdup and liquid circulation in an internal airlift loop reactor were investigated. The reactor consists of one conventional draft tube and three convergence-divergence draft tubes. Experiments were carried out in two-phase systems with air-water and air-CMC (carboxyl methyl cellulose) solutions and in three-phase system with air-water-resin particles, respectively. The two-phase drift-flux model was used to estimate gas holdup for three-phase Newtonian and two-phase non-Newtonian systems. It is shown that gas holdup in convergence-divergence draft tube is higher than that in conventional draft tube and increases with superficial gas velocity. The variation of structural parameters of draft tubes has little effect on gas holdup in the two-phase system and the three-phase system.
