從沸騰爐渣中浸取有價金屬
摘要: 研究了從鋼廠爐渣中回收有用金屬的一種新方法.實驗中,爐渣用硫酸浸取,浸取液采用EDTA絡合滴定分析元素組成,顆粒粒徑分布采用標準篩篩分,化學組成和微觀結構分別采用XRF.結果表明,鋁的最大提取率為86.20%,條件為:H2SO4濃度4 mol·L-1、固液比1∶ 5條件下在80 ℃浸取24 h.在同一條件下鐵獲得最大提取率為94.3%. Abstract: This paper is aimed at presenting a new way of recycling valuable metals in boiler slag derived from steel plants. In these testing, boiler slag was leached by sulfuric acid, elemental analysis of aqueous solutions was determined by EDTA titration. The Particle Size Distribution was derived by a standard screens. The components of the sample were examined by means of XRF.An aluminium extraction efficiency of 86.20% was achieved when the sintered pellets were leached using 4 mol·L-1 H2SO4 at solid liquid ratio of 1∶ 5 at 80 ℃ for 24 h.
