　　以往的經驗告訴我，英語書寫不版好的學生，權絕大部分是字母的書寫不規范，沒有掌握英語字母的書寫規則。因此，要想提高學生的英語書寫水平應該從字母開始就要規范。英語字母和漢語拼音雖然不屬于同種語系，但是它們的書寫也有相似之處，都有筆順、筆劃，還有格式。不同之處在于漢語拼音的書寫遵從于漢字的'“方正”而顯得呆板、端正，而英語字母的書寫講究流暢、曲線美。弄清了它們的異同之處，學寫英語字母時，求同存異，化不利為有利，防患于未然，結果事半功倍，效果顯著。

　　英語字母的書寫，格式是關鍵。英語字母應該是書寫在四線三格內，首先讓學生熟悉這種格式，心中有格，書寫時才不會出格。其次，要掌握26個字母每個字母的小寫形式以及所占的格數、哪幾格。最后，書寫時，本子最好是正規印刷廠印刷的，四線三格比較規范，分布均勻，否則，三格不均，書寫起來，容易走形；書寫開始最好用木制鉛筆，書寫時好用力，字母看起來才有力度，如用自動鉛筆，字母書寫的軟而無力，可看性不強，影響字母的美觀。
