On Electronic Dictionary高中英語作文

　　Recently, I did a survey about using electronic dictionary among students, teachers and parents. Here are the opinions. Most of my classmates think that the electronic dictionary is useful for us, for it is convenient to use and saves us a lot of time. The parents also allow their children to use electronic dictionary. Students can learn new words in electronic dictionary. Besides, most families can afford it. However, our English teacher holds the different idea, thinking that the electronic dictionary is too simple in word explanation and usage. Most words have more than one meaning, but the electronic dictionary usually present one of them. As to my own, I would like to look up the new words in the traditional dictionary. If we use the electronic dictionary too much, we would become lazy. Therefore, we should use the traditional dictionary rather than electronic dictionary.

　　最近，我在同學、老師和家長中間做了一個關于使用電子詞典的調查。以下是他們對于使用電子詞典的意見。我大部分的同學都認為使用電子詞典對我們有好處，因為電子詞典使用方便，能節約很多時間。家長們也允許他們的孩子使用電子詞典，學生可以從電子詞典上學習到新詞。此外，大多數的家庭也買得起電子詞典。然而，我們的英語老師對此持不同的觀點，認為電子詞典上新詞的解釋和用法都太過簡單。大多數的詞語不止一個意思，但是電子詞典通常指列示其中的一個意思。至于我個人的觀點，我習慣你在傳統詞典上查詢新詞。如果我們過多地使用電子詞典，我們會變得慵懶。因此，我們都應該更多地使用傳統詞典而非電子詞典。
