2010上海世博會相關(guān)英語作文范文大全(2) （中國大學(xué)網(wǎng) unjs.com）　　2002年12月31日，中國成功申辦2010年世博會，這是第一次在發(fā)展中國家舉辦的綜合類世博會。但中國與世博會的淵源可長呢，從第一屆世博會起，就有中國人參展。建國后，中國也參加了12屆世博會。并且中國的展品在歷屆 　　- 　　　　2002年12月31日，中國成功申辦2010年世博會，這是第一次在發(fā)展中國家舉辦的綜合類世博會。但中國與世博會的淵源可長呢，從第一屆世博會起，就有中國人參展。建國后，中國也參加了12屆世博會。并且中國的展品在歷屆世博會上獲得過很多獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，比如在首屆世博會上，來自中國上海的商人徐榮村，就憑其自己的“榮記湖絲”獲金、銀大獎(jiǎng)；“頤生酒”在1906年意大利米蘭世博會上獲金獎(jiǎng)，還有《耶穌像》刺繡、金獎(jiǎng)白蘭地和著名的茅臺酒等都在1915年舊金山巴拿馬世博會上傲視群雄。 　　　　China has taken an active part in the work of BIE since it joined the BIE on May 3, 1993. In　December 2003 ,Mr. Wu Jianmin, the Chinese ambassador to France at that time, was elected as　the Chairperson of BIE, and succeeded himself to the second consecutive term. It’s the first　time in BIE history that an Asian occupied such an important position. 　　　　1993年5月3日，中國正式加入國際展覽局，并積極參與了國際展覽局的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)。2003年12月，時(shí)任中國駐法國大使吳建民被推舉為國際展覽局主席，并連任兩屆主席，由亞洲人擔(dān)任此重要職務(wù)在國際展覽局歷史上還是第一次。 　　我想成為2010世博會的志愿者 　　The World Expo is a large-scale, global, non-commercial Expo. The hosting of the World Expo must be applied for by a country and approved by the international World Expo committee. Expo aims to promote the exchange of ideas and development of the world economy, culture, science and technology, to allow exhibitors to publicise and display their achievements and improve international relationships. Accordingly, the World Expo with its 150-year history is regarded as the Olympic Games of the economy, science and technology. Shanghai will host the 2010 World Expo. 　　The World Expo has a long history but it has never been held in Asia. So the 2010 World Expo is an honor for all of the Asians. Our government has promised that it will be the best one. And Shanghai, as a host city, will have more chances to develop quickly.
