I know very well that "only tend to have the opportunity to prepare the minds." In school, I seize every opportunity to learn all aspects of knowledge, training of all aspects of their ability to own a modern society towards the needs of innovative talent development compound. Period at the university level access to a certificate of expertise in their efforts to learn at the same time, I have a broad range of philosophy, law, literature, economics and other fields, other than completion of a professional multi-economic sectors course.

一段誘人的求學或者職場經歷,對每一個求職者來說都是夢寐以求的“武器”。公司在納才時會求證對方簡歷的真實性,但是現在,辨識真偽顯然已不是最主要的工作。許多人力資源經理最為頭痛的問題是:光鮮而真實的簡歷背后,是否真的站著一個實有其才的人。
上周末記者在光谷采訪時,正在加班的某科技公司人力資源部經理范先生遞給了記者幾份簡歷,哭笑不得:“這些簡歷上都沒說謊,但人究竟怎么樣,就真的很難判斷。”
記者看到的這幾份簡歷可謂亮點紛呈:“英國利物浦大學畢業……”“在上海某知名大型企業工作三年,獨立承擔某某項目……”如此多的優秀人才投至門下,選擇余地也大,該是件值得高興的事情。但范先生告訴記者,這些年被許多“閃亮”的簡歷晃過幾次眼,現在招人已是越來越謹慎了。從內心里,他甚至希望求職者的簡歷更樸實一點為好。
范先生去年招聘到一位年輕海歸,小伙子有海外求學背景,也有在名企實習的經歷,條件簡直無可挑剔。但將他招至國際業務部后,卻發現完全不是那個事!業務技能欠缺,驕傲自大,人際關系也是一團糟,手頭上的工作常常拿不下來,最后索性辭職了之。
記者認識的幾位人力資源部負責人,幾乎都聲稱有過被這些“鍍金人才”晃過眼的經歷。他們的職場經歷頗為誘人,對薪水或職位的要求也高,但結果卻往往令企業十分失望。“企業總是急于招到天資優秀而經驗豐富的人,在這種心態下,鍍金人才成為一種較為常見的現象,這實際上還是企業浮躁心態的表現。”漢陽一家制造業集團公司人力資源部經理魏先生直言不諱地說。
而某知名IT公司行政部經理陶女士則坦言,有不少人通過到行業知名公司“鍍金偷藝”,或將名企當作跳板最后一跳了之,同樣讓不少企業頭疼。
對此,人力資源專家伍輝認為,想招到“真金人才”,企業應建立公平而專業的考核制度,并注重實踐期的考察,同時,建立相應的企業保護制度,謹防商業機密的外流現象。伍輝提出,企業更應建立成熟和系統的培訓機制,投資于能真正接受企業文化的人才,少一些“吃現成飯”的浮躁心態,否則極易被“鍍金人才”鉆了空子。
