酸性廢氣脫硫工藝中N-甲基二乙醇胺降解反應產物的研究
摘要: 對用MDEA從甲醇酸性尾氣中回收H2S裝置中出現的胺液降解的現象進行了研究。通過氣相色譜-質譜對降解產物結構進行了表征,提出了MDEA的降解反應機理。結果表明MDEA的降解主要為MDEA與CO2和H2O的反應。由于甲醇、氧和HCN等的存在,更加劇了MDEA降解發生,文中提出了相應的抑制措施。 Abstract: The structure of degradation product of amine solutions, which existed in the devices of H2S recovery from the methanol acid waste gas was studied. According to GC-MS, the mechanism of the MDEA degradation reaction was proposed.
