　　大家好!今天有幸作為全市黨史系統先進個人的代表在此發言，我內心充滿了感激，又感到無尚的光榮。

　　對于黨史工作，我是一名新兵。之前，我從事了幾年的醫院行政管理工作。工作勤勤懇懇，年年也是先進，加上單位的工資效益不錯，為許多親朋好友所羨慕。但是，作為一名以寫作為樂的人來說，心里總有個結沒有解開，心中總有個夢沒有實現，總覺得自己的專長還可以發揮得更好。2008年，我踏進黨史這個門檻。對于我的選擇，不少朋友無法理解。但是，我自己明白，自己所需要的是什么，那就是一個可以實現寫作人夢想的平臺。在我內心深處，一直有一個聲音在呼喚，作為一個寫作者，你的作品在哪里?所以，我義無返顧地放棄了杯觥交錯，選擇了每天下班后可以回家喝粥、看書、寫作的黨史工作。當然，對于有過太多應酬的人來說，晚上能夠回家喝碗熱粥，也是一件十分幸福的事。從感受全國、全區黨史工作會議的規模，再到今天看到如此多的領導、如此多的部門出席這個大會，使我更加堅信，我的選擇沒有錯。黨史工作也非常重要，黨史事業也大有干頭。說到這里，我突然想起了一句不太恰當的廣告語：不選貴的，只選對的!是的，選擇黨史，我無怨無悔!選擇黨史，只因我心中有夢想。二十多年的工作經歷告訴我，只要人生還有夢想，那工作就會更加努力。那是因為，夢想會激發我們通過自己的主觀努力去改變現狀，去創造輝煌。
