I’m watching TV.教學設計
材依據:人教版七年級下冊第五單元《I’m watching TV.》Section A Period1設計思想
本單元的話題是談論誰正在干什么。要求通過學習有關的短語及句型掌握現在進行時的定義及用法,因此,我設計了通過老師及學生做某些動作而導入新的時態的方式。這樣學生很自然得就將明白了這個單元將要討論的話題。對于教材的使用我設計將活動通過小組合作及表演練習的方式對所學的新句型進行理解應用。一方面使所有學生都有機會進行說的練習,另一方面也使學生在問答的過程中能及時糾正錯誤,尤其是前忘不be后加ing . 在教學過程中,關注學生的生活實際和生活體驗,樹立以學生為本的思想,提倡學生參與、體驗、親身實踐、獨立思考、合作探究,從而實現教學方式和學習方式的轉變。
教學分析
本節課圍繞著一個話題“談論現在正在進行或發生的動作”來展開教學活動,主要的教學內容是現在進行時。本節課緊扣教材,而又脫離課本,重新對教材進行編排。先通過描繪圖片中人們的活動來學習詞匯: doing homework, watching TV, cleaning, reading, eating dinner, talking on the phone……并通過問答“人們正在做什么”來學習句型:What are you doing? I’m watching TV . 并用同桌合作的方式進一步加強句型的操練。然后通過聽力訓練和寫作訓練來加強練習和鞏固。
教學目標

教學過程
Step1: Warming up and lead-in
(1). I show a basketball and say: look, I like playing basketball. I’m playing basketball now.(I make the action of playing basketball)
T: I’m talking now.
I’m running.
When I make the actions,I ask some students to guess the meaning of the sentences.
(通過老師邊做動作邊說句子,引出本課的內容,且讓學生明了現在進行時的句子構成及表達的意思,還能引起學生對本課的興趣。)
Step 2.
Match the words and the activities.
I show the pictures in 1a.Then, I ask questions:
----What’s he doing??(Picture 1)
----He’s making a telephone call.
Ask the students to turn to page 25.Ask and answer just like that, and finish 1a.(Ss can guess the meaning of doing homework, watching TV, cleaning, eating dinner and reading.)
The Ss read these V-ing words after the teacher.
Tell the difference
Write down the V-ing forms by another lines of go, watch, do, play and eat. Ask the Ss to have a look and find the difference between them. For example: go and going, watch and watching, do and doing, etc. Then ask the Ss to read them again and do the following exercises (showing by flash card).
Show the picture in 1a to the students.
T: This is a happy apartment. There are many rooms in it. Look! Many people are in different rooms. They are doing different things. What are they doing? Please look carefully, match
the words with the activities.
T: Now let’s check the answers.
Answer: 1,d 2,a 3, b 4,c 5, f 6, e
The difference between read/watch/see/look
read(讀,讀書,看報) read newspaper
watch(觀看,看電影/電視) watch TV
see(表示看的結果) I can’t see you.
look(表示看的過程,常與at連用)

E.g.: I have lots of homework to do every day.
(利用各種動作呈現本課新授單詞和動詞短語進行教學,有利于吸引全部學生的注意力使他們對新知識產生濃厚的興趣,而且是學生有表現的欲望。)
Step3: Work on 1b
Ask the Ss to listen to the tape and finish 1b.
Then check the answers: 2 4 1
Make the Ss listen again and repeat. Ask Ss to read the sentences loudly.
(應用多媒體播放聽力進行訓練,在聽完兩邊后,再復述能夠使學生進一步鍛煉聽力能力,而且同時完成書本教學任務的同時達到能力拔高的目的。) Step4 Let Ss ask and answer in pairs like this: A: What are you doing? B: I’m drawing. What are you doing? A: I’m playing volleyball. Show some pictures to the Ss and present the sentences: A: What is he doing? B: He is playing basketball. A: What is she doing? B: She is singing. A: What are they doing? B: They are watching TV. Ask the Ss to make the new conversations with the new words in pairs. After a few minutes, ask some pairs to act. Then ask some students to make the actions, let other students guess what they are doing. (本環節中,使用名人效應可引起學生的好奇心。通過短篇動畫呈現一些名人及家人正做什么,為接下來的口語對話訓練創設情景,不僅便于在虛擬情景中操練本課的目標語言,而且話題及情境貼近生活,讓學生達到學以致用的目的。)
Step5Sing a song
Use them media to teach S sa song to consolidate what they’re learning this lesson.
The name of the song is“What’s Zhou doing?”(Using the information above)
(通過多媒體播放歌曲,進行教學,使學生感受到英語教學形式多樣。其歌詞主要是學生剛剛對話過的有關周杰倫及家人正做什么的句子,讓學生在歌唱的歡樂氣氛中牢記今天所將內容,達到教學目的的同時將課堂氣氛推向最高峰。)
Homework:
Make up a conversation about your family members: “what are they doing?”
(課后作業是用現在進行時寫對話,它是課堂學習的延伸,屬于拓展訓練。)

教學重難點解決措施:通過老師引導、學生識圖、聽力配對和口語問答能力拓展訓練等措施使學生逐一突破教學重難點。
教學手段:采用多媒體
教學準備:教師在課前收集并下載有關圖片和資料制作成課件。
教學反思:本課利用多媒體進行教學,充分發揮了多媒體聲音、圖像、文字、動畫為一體的優勢,呈現直觀,讓視聽有機結合,能使學生自然地將英語學習直接與現實生活中的事物建立聯系,有助于培養學生用英語思維的能力。此外,在教授語法的過程中將傳統的填鴨式教法轉變成教師引導、學生看圖自主歸納,這樣更能凸現學生的主體地位。整節課我不僅激發學生的學習興趣,活躍了課堂氣氛,而且循序漸進地落實了各教學步驟,取得了較好的教學效果。
