As is known to all,waste on campus has become a more and more serious problem.We can easily see many students dump a lot of food in the garbage can.Some students spend thousands of yuan buying fashionable clothes and so on.
The negative effects of waste can be shown in the following aspects.In the first place,it makes some students dependent on their parents for money,which is harmful to their development.If they don’t learn to support themselves,they will be “useless people” when they graduate.
In the second place,it is not easy for our parents to arrange for our schooling.Last but not the least important,there is no denying the fact that our country is still poor.There are many people who cannot go to university and many poor people still need our help.
As far as I am concerned,I should set a good example to reduce waste on campus.First of all,I will refrain from wasting anything,from food to stationery.What’s more,I’m determined to call on more schoolmates to fight against waste.

食堂食物浪費(fèi)
從小的教育都告訴我們要珍惜糧食，“誰知盤中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”婦孺皆知。可是學(xué)生食堂卻存在著嚴(yán)重的食物浪費(fèi)現(xiàn)象。不少同學(xué)不根據(jù)自身情況，盲目點(diǎn)菜，結(jié)果造成大量的浪費(fèi)。經(jīng)過調(diào)查，70%的同學(xué)經(jīng)常沒有把飯吃完。更離譜的是，有些同學(xué)僅僅吃了幾口就把飯菜倒掉了。問其原因，則回答“沒胃口，吃不下”或者“食堂飯菜不合胃口，不想吃”。造成這樣的食物浪費(fèi)現(xiàn)象也許不能只怪同學(xué)們沒有節(jié)約意識，和學(xué)校的食堂質(zhì)量也有很大的關(guān)系。要想解決這方面的問題，就要學(xué)校食堂和學(xué)生雙方面共同努力。學(xué)校食堂盡量提高飯菜質(zhì)量，在食堂貼上呼吁節(jié)約的標(biāo)語作提醒，加強(qiáng)學(xué)生節(jié)約意識的教育。學(xué)生們也要更合理的安排自己的飯菜，吃多少，買多少，吃飽吃好的同時最大程度的.節(jié)約。
草稿紙浪費(fèi)
經(jīng)調(diào)查，有80%以上的人在平時的學(xué)習(xí)生活中經(jīng)常使用草稿紙，而我發(fā)現(xiàn)有大約15%的人在用過草稿紙的一面后就不再使用了，這可是相當(dāng)大的浪費(fèi)了;在使用草稿紙時又有60%以上的人在上面寫的字要比平時大;大約70%以上的人喜歡在草稿紙上寫一些無目的的字或畫。細(xì)算起來，小小的草稿紙在校園中的浪費(fèi)實(shí)在是很嚴(yán)重的。怎樣可以避免草稿紙的過度浪費(fèi)呢?擁有自己固定的草稿本，每天帶到學(xué)校，需要用草稿紙時只要拿出草稿本就可以了，既方便又利于檢察，還避免了紙張的浪費(fèi)，一舉三得。
教科書不能重復(fù)使用浪費(fèi)
眾所周知，教科書重復(fù)使用利國利民，在歐美等西方發(fā)達(dá)國家早已推行。推行這項政策具有重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益。可以讓同一資源不斷重復(fù)利用，物盡其用。從而在最大程度上提高資源的利用率，也在最大程度上體現(xiàn)了循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心概念。但是在中國，對于教科書的使用還不夠充分。往往僅供一位學(xué)生使用，學(xué)習(xí)階段結(jié)束后就如廢紙般進(jìn)入了回收站。這是對資源的嚴(yán)重浪費(fèi)，我國應(yīng)盡快落實(shí)相關(guān)

As Teachers’ Day was approaching, our class decided to hold a party to celebrate the important day for a change this year. On the afternoon of September 10，some of us decorated our classroom with paper flowers and balloons, and others went to buy cakes, drinks and fruits. The blackboard was decorated with beautiful words, which read “Happy Teachers’ Day!”
Entering the classroom, Ms. Li was surprised to find we were standing in line, clapping hands and saying loudly “Happy Teachers’ Day!” Wang Hua, our monitor, presented her with the prepared flowers. Some of the girls sang songs for Ms. Li, and three boys showed their kung fu talent. Before we left, we enjoyed a new English song by Ms. Li.
Ms. Li spent a wonderful time with us, but we know that we cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and guidance.
