摘 要：在英語教學中，講究聽、說、讀領先，但在實際應用和考試中卻以寫為重，特別是寫作，既重要又困難。解決這個問題，應在教學中注重對學生進行如何寫作的教學，以達到聽、說、讀、寫全面掌握。

近年來，隨著教學改革的不斷深入，初中英語教學不斷進行創新，廣大初中英語教師正努力探索更適合當代中學生學習的教學方法。然而，不論教師多么努力，英語作文始終都是一個學生害怕面對的問題。英語作文是學生英語綜合素質的集中體現，同時也是學生學好英語的“必經之路”，因此為了提高學生的英語成績，初中英語教師必須找出進行英語作文教學的有效策略，不斷提高英語作文教學水平。
一、從詞匯教學入手，抓好語言基本功
常言道“巧婦難為無米之炊”，詞匯是構成句子的基本單位，而文章又是由單個句子連貫在一起組成的。試想一下，如果學生要寫一個句子，10個單詞有9個單詞拼寫不出來，就什么也表達不了。所以識記單詞是書面表達需要解決的首要問題。其實，在英語寫作中使用的詞匯是不多的，而且這些詞匯往往就是課文中出現的最常用的詞語，只要學生掌握了課文中出現的單詞，就足以滿足日常寫作及考試作文的需求了。由此可見，在平時的教學中，教師要重視加強學生詞匯方面的訓練，幫助學生擴大詞匯量。從教幾年來，我每節課都會進行課前聽寫單詞和詞組，及時檢查學生背誦的情況。如果學生拼寫全對，就給予全班表揚;如果拼寫錯了，就給予更正，并要求加強背誦。批改后我會記入平時成績，讓學生明白背誦單詞的重要性。這樣每節課堅持下來，從第一單元到最后一個單元，不斷循環反復，直到學期結束。課前聽寫，雖然是一個小小的練習，但是它的作用卻很大，學生養成了及時背誦、鞏固單詞的好習慣，在無形中積累了大量的詞匯，為英語寫作打下了堅實的基礎。
二、進行行之有效的'講、評、改
只寫不評、不改，學生就會容易失去寫作興趣。但由于學生在書面表達中的錯誤不盡相同，因而批改時工作量非常大，一次作業的批改常常需要很多時間才能改好。這樣就會出現拖延講評的現象，使訓練的效果降低。為了更好地調動和發揮學生的內在潛能，提高發現問題和解決問題的能力，教師可以讓學生互批互改。通過互批互改，同學之間可以互相學習，取長補短，遇到自己弄不清、拿不準的問題可以在小組之間商量、討論，或請教教師，直到得到滿意的答復。教師將學生所犯典型錯句整理并寫在黑板上，讓學生找錯。這樣做，學生參與的積極性大增，對典型錯誤印象較深。并逐漸掌握一些基本寫作技巧：不可逐字翻譯，不可用中文思維串聯英語詞匯，有時還要利用分解、簡化、意譯等手段來表達。如：當我還是個孩子時，我父母非常喜歡我。“When I was a child，my parents very love me。”(正確表達：When I was a child，my parents loved me very much)廢寢忘食He wastes sleep and forgets meals when he studies(正確表達：He forgets to eat and sleep when he studies)。進行范文與較差文章的對比講評，通過討論文章結構、句式表達及行文的流暢性等，讓學生掌握英語文章的布局謀篇：開始部分說出文章的要點;正文部分圍繞主題開展敘述、討論;結尾部分對全文的總結和概括。避免使用單一句型，注意句式表達的多樣性以及正確使用銜接詞，使行文流暢通順。
三、鼓勵訓練，激發興趣
教學中，學生學習了很多好的范文，掌握了一些寫作技能，只有勤于動筆，反復訓練才能夠學以致用，不斷提高。除了每一單元必寫作文外，每周要求學生寫隨筆，即使幾句話也可以。記下身邊所發生的事情，或對某事的感受，或對某現象發表自己的看法等等。教師在批改時要給以準確的評價和熱情的鼓勵，比如說，學生作文那個詞用的好，那句話寫的精妙，文章整個情況如何，都一一做出詳細的批注，在作文講評課上，充分展現好的方面，給以表
揚，并把優秀作文收集起來，在班級英語作文展上和其他班級交流。對不太好的學生，個別輔導，指出不足，勉勵他們及時彌補，讓每位學生都充滿信心，覺得自己能夠寫的好，不斷增強寫作的積極性和主動性。
四、加強閱讀訓練，提高學生的寫作能力
俗話說：“熟讀唐詩三百首，不會吟詩也會偷。”讀書是寫作的基礎，書讀得足夠多了，學生才有足夠的語言積累。英語寫作和漢語一樣也需要豐富多彩的詞語和優美的句子。通過大量的閱讀，可以幫助學生擴大詞匯量，積累素材和拓寬學生的寫作思路，從而提高寫作能力。因此，教師要鼓勵和指導學生積極開展閱讀訓練。首先要從良好習慣的培養開始，主要培養自覺閱讀、動筆閱讀等多形式閱讀的習慣。并且在閱讀的過程中，學生必須學會揣摩作者的意圖、扮演作者的角色，從中學習寫作的技巧、積累廣泛而又精要的寫作經驗和素材，這樣在不知不覺中可提高學生英語寫作的實踐能力和水平。當然，教師可以要求學生在閱讀的同時，注意好詞好句的收集和模仿，以便在寫作時可以直接引用或套用。并且要求學生背誦一定量的Reading，熟記各種文體的范文和套路。除此以外，教師還可以教給學生閱讀的方法，使課內和課外的閱讀訓練相結合起來。這樣既可以減輕學生的負擔，又可保證閱讀的數量和質量，從而提高他們的寫作水平。
五、多鼓勵、多表揚
學生是教學活動的主體，要想教學有效果，就必須發揮學生的積極主動性。學生辛辛苦苦的一次寫作，總希望成功，總希望得到賞識。從一個精彩的構思到一個優美的句子，甚或一個確當的詞組，我們教師都要去用心發現，或圈或點，給以批注及表揚。教師對學生的肯定和鼓勵不僅能改出錯誤而且能改出學生的自信，尤其對于那些寫作有困難、懼怕寫作的學生尤為重要。多一句鼓勵、多一句表揚能帶給學生許多的短信心和動力。“人類本質中最殷切的要求就是渴望背肯定。因此，教師在訓練學生寫作時要給予鼓勵和表揚。
總之，寫作能力的提高是一個循序漸進、長期復雜的訓練過程。教師在寫作課上應樹立以學生為主體的思想，精心設計寫作教學課程，使學生拓展視野，增強自學能力，提高綜合運用語言的能力。更為重要的是，學生在寫作過程中的障礙各不相同，教師的教學策略也應有所不同，任何一種固定的教學策略都不是萬能的，都需要教師在教學過程中對自己的教學方式進行調整，注意多種訓練方法相結合。正如教育家蘇霍姆林斯基所說的：“我們依靠思考，也只有依靠思考，才能駕馭年輕的心靈。我們的思考能點燃學生的學習愿望。”因此更多的問題還有待于我們共同去探索和研究。
