　　在大學生畢業就業時，面試是一個非常重要的過程，有些大學生在這個過程中感到不知所措，或者做得不好，使自己在求職中因小失大，達不到成功。那么大學生面試時，怎么介紹自己才能給人留下印象?被問到自己的缺點時，要不要如實告訴面試官?關于期望薪水，說多少妥當?昨天下午，南大求職團隊大賽在進行單獨面試比賽時，幾位企業人力資源專家就學生的疑問，給出自己的建議。

　　自我介紹不是背簡歷

　　自我介紹通常是面試過程的第一個環節，找過工作的人對此并不陌生。昨天，在參加單面比賽時，大三學生小吳聽到面試官要求他做自我介紹時，小吳流利地說出自己的姓名、年齡、院校、專業等。這種回答讓面試官直搖頭。“自我介紹不是照簡歷上的基本信息背一遍，而是要讓我們知道你怎樣看待自己。”有著十幾年人力資源工作經驗的面試官尹瀟瑞說，自我介紹考查的是應聘者的語言組織能力，以及對自己的定位是否清晰。“要像明星出場一樣，短時間內就讓人看到自己的優勢。”

　　“我是南大化工學院研二學生丁少杰，我將用3個關鍵詞來介紹自己。”丁少杰的這句話，立刻讓面試官尹瀟瑞抬起頭來，坐正身子認真聽起來。丁少杰的3個關鍵詞是“社團”、“比賽”、“實習”，并分別舉了幾個例子，讓面試官尹瀟瑞聽得頻頻點頭。尹瀟瑞說，3個關鍵詞證明了她的領導力、溝通力、團隊合作能力很強。

　　如實相告自己的缺點

　　面試結束后，大三學生小吳向面試官白斌請教：“被問到自己的優點時，我該怎么回答?”白斌告訴他，挑出應聘崗位所需要的優點，最多說3個即可，多于3個，就會讓人覺得太自負。

　　“被問到缺點時，要不要如實告訴面試官?”白斌認為，要如實相告。“沒有人完美無缺，一個人最可悲的是不知道自己的缺點，最可貴的是發現自己的缺點，作出改正的努力。”白斌說，如實相告會讓面試官覺得你這個人是誠實的，做人沒問題。“在回答缺點這個問題上，千萬不要撒謊，面試官會通過應聘者的眼神、肢體語言等看出來。”

　　察言觀色判定面試官性格

　　“不要談論薪水”，很多應聘者都知道要遵守這個原則，但當被面試官問到這個敏感問題時，說多少才算妥當?白斌認為，不同的企業文化，以及面試官的不同性格，對同一個應聘者的回答，會有不同的評判。“你回答3000元，有的面試官會覺得你很踏實，實事求是。還有的面試官會覺得你欲望不高，沒有上進心。”因此，白斌建議在校大學生，要學會察言觀色。“跟各種各樣的人交流，了解他們的心理和性格，這樣在面試時就能快速判斷面試官是什么樣的人，從而調整自己的應聘策略。”
