礦熱爐理想熔煉模型初探
摘 要 從鐵合金礦熱爐內(nèi)的等效電路及其熱分布出發(fā),提出冶煉過程中爐內(nèi)反應(yīng)區(qū)和爐料區(qū)之間存在著一個最佳的配熱關(guān)系,由此而建立起鐵合金礦熱爐簡單的熔煉模型。這個熔煉模型是由底面為金屬液面(或?qū)щ姞t底)的半球形反應(yīng)區(qū)和長為電極間距、爐料有效截面積為S′的爐料區(qū)構(gòu)成的。文章簡要地論述了此熔煉模型的合理性,并由此導(dǎo)出了極心圓直徑、二次電流、爐膛有效深度、電極直徑、操作電阻等模型參數(shù)的數(shù)學(xué)表達式。通過對該模型參數(shù)表達式的簡化,從而得出威斯特里經(jīng)驗計算法中電爐參數(shù)系數(shù)與爐料物理化學(xué)性能的關(guān)系式;通過對模型參數(shù)表達式的進一步推導(dǎo),即可比較具體、準確地反應(yīng)出工藝相似法中相似數(shù)的物理意義。文中還介紹了該熔煉模型在實際生產(chǎn)中的指導(dǎo)作用。

Absrtact Starting from the equivalent circuit and heat distribution in submerged?arc furnace,it is put forward that an optimum heat distribution relationship exists
between the reaction area and furnace charge area,in view of this,a simple smelting
model of submerged?arc furnace is set up.The model is constituted by the hemisphere reaction area whose
