留學生個人陳述有什么技巧及范文

　　1.個人陳述的基本結構。個人陳述主要包含三大塊內容。第一，開頭，這部分是對自己基本情況的介紹。第二，中間部分，該部分主要又分為四小部分，一是對自己工作經驗的介紹；二是對自己的愛好、特長及獲得的榮譽進行介紹；三是介紹自己申請留學的原因，未來的學習計劃、想要學習的專業方向等；四是對自己學習完成后工作計劃的介紹。第三，結尾，該部分需要強調下自己申請留學的強烈愿望。

　　2.個人陳述需要注意的技巧。第一，避免撒謊。一定要避免撒謊，不管是家庭條件還是學習背景，都要保證其真實性，你可以憑借自己的能力把普通的經歷寫的精彩，但一定不可撒謊，一旦老師發現撒謊現象，其必然會對你的個人陳述，甚至你個人產生不好的印象。第二，避免過于華麗的辭藻。提高個人陳述的豐富性、精彩性當然無可厚非，但是若用詞過于華麗、生僻往往會適得其反。比說說，為了表現自己詞匯的豐富，在寫作中利用“utilize”這個詞替代“use”，往往會給老師一種嘩眾取寵的感覺。所以，寫個人陳述時一定要謹記“ Don’t use a 10-cent word when a five-cent word will do.”第三，避免打官腔。想必很多留學生都認為個人陳述中所描述的自己似乎和真是存在的自己存在較大的偏差，在寫作期間往往會不由自主的打起官腔。比如說，通常情況下你可能會用“Her style of persuasion…”來表述，但寫個人陳述的時候就會不自覺的寫“The indication of her rhetorical strategy…”。顯然后者聽起來更加的官方。當然，不讓你打官腔也不是說你就可以隨意的使用網絡語言，這也是需要注意的。第四，不要用雞毛蒜皮的小事證明大道理。寫個人陳述的時候可以從小事著手，但一定要避免寫雞毛蒜皮的消失。比如說，你想要證明自己是個努力的人，你可以寫自己去做家庭教師，但一定不要寫幫爸媽做家務。第五，不要羅列自己的成就。寫個人陳述時一定要避免羅列自己的成就，個人陳述字數本身就不多，且自己獲得的榮譽已經在簡歷上進行了表述就無需進行重復了，過于重復自己的成就、榮譽往往會起到適得其反的效果。

　　Engaged in hotel and catering business has been my dream for a long time. I have been thinking privately to choose my favorite major in high school and it is also my motivation to study.
