Letter About a Job Interview

Letter About a Job Interview
Discriminating against anyone is against the law in many anglo-centric jurisdictions. If you think you have been discriminated against, then you need to tell their employer.

Steps
Find the person that is above the interviewer, namely, their boss. Get their name and an address. You don't have to state your real name, simply say you'd like to send something through the mail. If they don't give you their address, find it out yourself. You can use the Internet or a library search (librarians will assist you if you ask politely).
Write the letter in a professional manner. Don't use curse words or threaten them - if you need to vent, tear up such a letter and begin again. Simply state that you felt discriminated against and would like the appropriate action taken.
Find out the person's name who interviewed you. If you don't know their name, call and ask, or, state in the letter the exact time and date of your interview - they can figure it out from that.
Don't talk to them personally! Send them an e-mail or even better, an actual letter through the mail. If it was really bad, then you should consider using an intermediary such as a lawyer or mediator.

Tips
If you want to stay anonymous, then you state that at the beginning of your letter.
Be very specific about why you felt discriminated against.
Be polite, but let it be known very clearly what you're complaining about.

Warnings
Don't use threats!
Don't use curse words!
Accusations of discrimination are very serious and you shouldn't claim you have been discriminated against just because you didn't happen to like how the interview went.
